I am so happy we were able to find Gray plumbing. Without them, I do not believe we would’ve gotten such an amazing job done on our house. We moved into a very old home, however it needed a lot of work on the inside. We would like to give a special thank you to Jeremy and Brandon for all the hard work they did. It is hard to have strangers in your personal space, however, Brandon and Jeremy were very personable, respectful and responsible with the job. We would also like to thank the owner Jeff for taking the time to come out really look at our situation and offer us the best solution to get the job done, right. He to was very respectful, understanding and hand on with the job. When the job was complete, Gray plumbing cleaned up very well. Yet, for all who know, plumbing can be a very expensive job and most people do not offer financing however, Gray’s plumbing did. Thank you team for completing such an amazing job.
I called Gray Plumbing and received an appointment the next day and was able to choose my appointment time. They were quick to respond and confirm my time. Everything was explained to me clearly and the person I spoke to was kind and polite. I received a picture of the person coming and a little background about his experience which was much appreciated. Jeremy came by, on time, and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and polite. He knew exactly what needed to be done and got right to it. I have never been more impressed with a plumber than I was today. He was awesome!! I will be recommending Gray’s Plumbing to anyone I know that needs this service. Call them, you won’t be disappointed.
This company is not upfront with their pricing.
I called to make an appointment to have some plumbing issues priced out. I specifically told the scheduler that I needed someone to crawl underneath the home to look at the issues we are having. They informed me it would be a $125 charge to come out.
When the plumber actually came out, he did his inspection but when it was time to go underneath the home, he informed me it would be a $500 + dollar charge.
No thank you.
I appreciate the professionalism and courteous attitude the plumber Eric had. He was very pleasant. But the company is not upfront with their pricing.
In the future, if a potential client states something specific, it would be in your best interest to let them know the pricing associated with it. I would imagine most customers would appreciate the heads up so they can make an informed decision. Because $500 dollars is a steep inspection price.

We have used Gray Plumbing for our bathroom remodel and have found everyone to be very professional and quick to respond.
Jeremy was very nice and got right to work on connecting our vanity faucets, drains and shower and cleaned up thoroughly after his work. Unfortunately we did have leaking form the drain pipes after he left but Gray plumbing immediately sent out a service technician Kyle who fixed the problem straight away and was very thorough to ensure no further leakage.
I will return to use Gray plumbing for any future needs and would highly recommend their services.
